Aevora Systems is based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. This page covers information collected through aevorasystems.com. It does not cover data inside a deployed AEON instance — that runs on your own infrastructure and we have no access to it.

What this site collects

• What you type into the contact form: name, work email, organisation, role, what you want to monitor, approximate size, and your message. It is sent to us by email and used only to reply.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and browser type.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

What we do with it

We use enquiry details to respond and, if a pilot proceeds, to manage that engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf — our email and hosting providers — or where law requires.

AEON deployments

AEON is self-hosted. Telemetry, credentials, audit records and the evidence chain stay on your infrastructure. The software does not phone home, and Aevora receives no operational data from a deployed instance unless you send it to us during a support exchange.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aevorasystems.com.
