What we offer

Pilot programme

60 to 90 days, monitor-only, on a small non-critical footprint such as a set of branches or one data hall. The pilot fee is credited against your purchase if you proceed.

Onboarding and integration

We design your location hierarchy, connect collectors to your devices and flow exporters, set up alerts and SLA calendars, and train your team.

Device profiles and packs

Running equipment AEON does not yet know? We build device profiles and industry packs for it, delivered as signed, reusable content rather than custom code.

Support and on-site engineers

Standard, premium and 24x7 support, plus on-site engineers for organisations that need them, with guidance on moving safely from monitoring towards governed control.

On-site

Installed on your own servers or virtual machines (Hyper-V, VMware). An offline installer with verified checksums works in air-gapped networks.

Managed on-site

Aevora operates AEON for you, inside your premises or an Indian data centre you choose, under your security policies.
