Terms of use
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms cover this website. Use of the AEON software itself is governed by a separate written licence and, for any deployment touching real infrastructure, a separate engagement agreement.
The website
Content here is for general information. We keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Product descriptions are not an offer and are not contractual.
About the software
AEON is described on this site as a platform for monitoring and governing networks, data centres and facilities. Capabilities marked as in development are not yet available. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee of uptime, of facility safety, or that any control or security feature will prevent a given incident. AEON is a layer of defence, not a substitute for a facility's own interlocks, protection systems or operating procedures.
No deployment against live infrastructure proceeds without written authorisation from the facility owner or operator.
Intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this site belong to Aevora Systems unless stated otherwise.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aevora Systems is not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Liability in any engagement is set by that engagement's agreement, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir having jurisdiction.
